“5Rhythms, under Megan’s leadership, has transformed my life over the last several years. The space she holds awakens self-discovery in each Wave and helps me clear the cobwebs of control to feel the primal pulse and rhythm of life in the now.”

"Being immersed in movement with Megan is its own kind of magic. There’s a subtle and yet creatively captivating invitation that supports movers in a space of transformation. I have found the ability to emerge in my own vulnerabilities–to look inward with intention and grace. My body comes back to the feet. My head is released, and I’m feeling my best; light, wild, and free. It’s in these spaces that I’ve learned to face the past, embrace the future, and jump into the now. Megan has led by example and her willingness to show up and share in movement is inspiring. I look forward to continuing to learn, grow, and love in these spaces."

Maggie Jaramillo Community Worker

"5Rhythms is my medicine and Megan does a fine job of creating a safe container for flow and movement. I felt comfortable with her gentle guidance and supported by her direction and choice of music. Dropping into the zone, into pure presence, can only be achieved with the right instruction and in the right environment, and Megan has crafted this art so thoughtfully."

Ari Barkan Breathworker/Owner at Center City Breathe

“I had the pleasure of working with Megan at a mental health facility near Princeton, NJ, serving an at-risk youth population. Megan led the Expressive Art Therapy Program, where I got to experience both group and individual sessions with her, as well as special events for family inclusion. Megan cultivated a nurturing and open environment, in which the youth and their families felt safe to process, connect together, and express themselves, free of judgement, all while having fun! Megan also hosted an art show at the Somerset Courthouse, which showcased the youth’s accomplishments and allowed them to connect with the community. Megan is engaging, approachable, and always mindful. Many of our youth were so positively impacted by her presence. I hope to collaborate with Megan in the future and highly recommend her groups!”

Allyson Bales LAC, ATR-P

"In my community planning and development work, I contracted with Megan Kelley to provide Social Emotional Learning and Art Workshops in a neighborhood near downtown Trenton, NJ. She was open to meeting several times to help plan the program out ahead of time and remained consistent in communication during the class series. I sat in on some of the classes, and she had a very engaging and energetic approach with the kids (ages 6 to 11). Megan was able to keep the group on task while attending to each student. I look forward to contracting with her again and recommend her to other organizations looking to host similar events."
